About The Role
With a direct reporting line to the Driver Onboarding Manager this role has full responsibility in ensuring we provide the high level of customer service our customers expect, they will be responsible for our enhanced vehicle movements.
We are seeking applications from candidates who enjoy speaking and dealing with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. As this role involves delivery and collecting cars the candidate must feel confident driving and talking about our cars.
In the long-term, this role has the potential to be a multi-brand role, working across both THE OUT and Pivotal in a similar capacity and becoming a specialist over both brands.
This role is based at the West London Carpark (W12). Also further opportunities at our West Midlands Hubs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and outstanding professionalism for both our brands
- Delivering and Collecting cars to customers based all over the UK
- Concierge and Hotel deliveries and Collections
- Movement of cars between our prep centres
- Membership bookings
- Adding/removing devices from our cars
- Supporting with new driver training and shadowing tasks as required
- Checking cars are in immaculate condition pre- and post-rental or subscription
- Provide excellent customer service with outstanding professionalism
- Maintain record logs to ensure a smooth running of operations

Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Comfortable using apps on mobile devices
- Loves to engage with customers and delivers outstanding levels of service
- Is passionate and knowledgeable about the cars
- Can drive safely in dense urban areas and has experience driving large vehicles
- Has good communication and time management skills
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Comfortable with traveling by car and public transport around the UK
- Is available to work on weekends
Technical Requirements & Experience
Ownership of a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years
Previous customer service experience for a luxury brand is desirable but must be able to demonstrate experience of exceptional Customer Service and have proven driver experience.
Successful applicants will be required to consent to an enhanced disclosure and barring service check (DBS)
2 years UK DL with less then 6 points
