9am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
Hourly rate is £17.00
We are looking for a multi skilled Handyman person to be able to undertake all aspects of building maintenance and repairs within a private residential apartment block in the Chelsea, West London area (SW10).
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience as a handyman in high-end buildings, with a good attitude to multi trade maintenance.

- Basic electrics
- Door handles
- Lock replacements
- Trace plumbing leaks and fix
- Replacement taps/repairs
- General maintenance repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Plaster patching
- Excellent communication skills
- Well presented, punctual and friendly attitude
- Multi skilled with experience in a wide range of property maintenance tasks
- Well organised
- Tidy and clean in your work
