Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional Head Door Supervisor in Barnsley!

The Head Door Supervisor will oversee the security of a key client in Barnsley town centre, an established pub with a busy night life trade.

The post holder will be required to work alongside and supervise the Door Supervisor team, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff. The HD is responsible for completion of all documentation including, but not limited to timesheets, incident reports, refusal logs and other compliance paperwork.

This position requires working a regular Friday, Saturday and Sunday shift, with additional hours available for events at the same venue, and additional hours available at other sites. With an immediate start available!

Qualifications & Skills

• Security supervision/management (desirable)
• Experience as a Door Supervisor (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (essential)
