We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Commercial Finance to join a leading player in the build-to rent sector with strong presence in the UK. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic finance, business partnering, and commercial insight. You'll lead financial planning, drive performance through data-led decision-making, and partner closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across our property portfolio.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and the board, providing actionable insights and financial modelling to support key investments and developments.
• Identify opportunities to optimise revenue, reduce risk, and enhance profitability across the business.
• Partner with operational teams on development appraisals, deal structuring, and project feasibility assessments.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to support scalable growth.

About You:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in commercial finance roles, ideally within real estate or asset-intensive industries.
• Proven track record of driving performance, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering value in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with complex financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and support in equal measure.
