We are hiring a Head of Commercial Marketing - Northern Europe to join our team in the UK or in Ireland.

As the
Head of Commercial Marketing, Northern Europe, you will lead a team of high-performing downstream marketers in driving alignment with the sales organization to execute our full go-to-market (GTM) campaigns. This position works closely with sales to co-create integrated demand generation initiatives that accelerate the sales cycle for prioritized customer segments. Additionally, you will champion sales enablement, aligning the sales team on strategic focus areas, communicating key information on our offerings and growth opportunities, and supporting downstream marketing with actionable insights from the region.
This role is accountable for revenue impact and pipeline growth through targeted demand-generation efforts. You will work closely with the Integrated Marketing team to shape and oversee our demand generation strategy and with Solutions Marketing to ensure regional insights are represented in the product roadmap.
Let's talk about responsibilities:
GTM Campaign Leadership
- Driving Alignment: with sales objectives, monitors progress and assesses campaign impact to ensure initiatives are meeting regional business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with sales to co-define objectives, targets, and success criteria for each campaign, ensuring campaign strategies meet market needs and effectively support sales goals.
- Program Oversight: Lead the design and oversight of full-funnel, cross-functional GTM campaigns, developed in partnership with Integrated Marketing.
Revenue Accountability and Performance Management
- Growth Targets: Take accountability for pipeline and revenue growth in Central Europe, leading demand generation strategies that achieve measurable growth.
- KPIs and Metrics: Establish and track campaign metrics and market penetration KPIs, using analytics to measure performance and refine strategies in alignment with both regional and global objectives.
Sales Enablement
- Strategy Alignment: Work with sales to shape quarterly and half-year strategic focus areas, ensuring alignment across teams and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Tools and Training: Ensure that the sales organization is equipped with compelling content, competitive insights, product messaging, and objection-handling strategies. Support ongoing training initiatives to strengthen the sales team’s expertise and customer engagement effectiveness.
Regional Voice and Market Insight
- Market Representation: Provide insights to Solutions Marketing, ensuring regional customer needs and market dynamics are reflected in the product roadmap.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit for customer feedback, bringing regional perspectives back to cross-functional teams to refine value propositions and solution messaging.
Let's talk about qualifications and experience:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a substantial background in downstream or commercial marketing within a healthcare, medical device, or technology setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead demand generation initiatives with measurable revenue impact and strong collaboration with sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders and ensuring alignment across marketing and sales functions.
- Team leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and varied stakeholders.
