We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused Head of CRM to lead our CRM marketing across Moonpig & Greetz. This role will drive CRM revenue, retention and engagement through best-in-class CRM campaigns, experimentation and innovation. You’ll lead a high performing CRM team and collaborate widely to elevate CRM as a key growth driver across markets. You are a natural leader, team player and ultimately a CRM Geek who has high standards of output and thrives in a fast paced environment.
We would ideally be looking for someone able to work on a hybrid basis, 1-2 days a week in either in our London or Almere office, but we would consider candidates that are looking for a more remote opportunity with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM performance across UK & NL, delivering against order, revenue, retention and reactivation goals.
- Lead and develop the CRM team, ensuring smooth planning, execution and reporting.
- Set and deliver a 3 year vision and CRM channel strategy across Email and Mobile channels, with clear milestones to get there.
- Drive innovation across journeys, reminders, newsletters and Moonpig Plus.
- Partner with product and analytics to improve things like opt-ins, customer data capture and personalisation solutions to drive future growth
- Champion CRM best practices in segmentation, testing, personalisation and automation.
- Lead stakeholder communication via OBRs, planning sessions and performance reporting.
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior CRM management or Lead role, ideally within eCommerce, retail or consumer businesses.
- Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving CRM-led growth.
- Expertise in Email marketing, segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross functionally.
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Data-driven with a test-and-learn approach to innovation.
- Sailthru experience would be desirable, but not essential
