About
As our Head of Engineering, you"ll co-lead our engineering organization alongside our Chief Architect. While the Chief Architect leads architectural decisions, you"ll focus on driving exponential team output through process excellence, engineering practices, and pragmatic automation. We take an aggressive "All Use Cases" approach - continuously expanding our feature set to serve every merchant need, which requires innovative thinking about how to scale engineering output beyond just adding headcount. You will be instrumental in:

Technical Leadership & Quality

Team & Process Leadership
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams across multiple squadsOptimise our Kanban-based development processes for maximum flowIdentify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvementCollaborate with Delivery Lead to refine our SDLC and development practices
Product & Feature Delivery
