The Head of Finance is a key leadership role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the company’s financial health, and providing strategic financial leadership. This individual will manage the finance team, develop financial strategies, and contribute to organisational decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have extensive progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance management role (e.g., Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Director), coupled with a relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
