Altum Consulting are working with a leading real estate business to recruit an Head of Finance Business Partnering based in City of London. This role will be for an initial 9-month FTC . Applying candidates must be on a short notice period.
Head of Finance Business Partnering role:
- Preparing annual budget
- Preparing long and short term forecasts
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Providing commercial decision support for high value projects
- Providing strategic support and financial direction to improve business performance
- Providing finance support for cost reduction or large capital programmes
- Working closely with Executives and managers, and liaising with key stakeholders to drive projects and performance
- Managing a small team
- Continuous process improvement
As an Head of Finance Business Partnering you'll be/have:
- A professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience working in the real estate industry (ideally with a REIT or SPV structure)
- Excellent communication skills
