About the Role

As a Head of Healthcare Production, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships, conducting in-depth market research, and overseeing the creation and delivery of conference programmes within the healthcare sector. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth, designing impactful conference agendas, securing high-profile speakers, and ensuring the successful execution of events that drive innovation in healthcare. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and our operations teams to maximise the commercial success of these events.

Responsibilities

• Produce 6 to 7 in-person events annually
• Build and manage a network of key relationships across the healthcare sector
• Conduct thorough market research to support the expansion of our healthcare portfolio and develop commercially successful conference programmes
• Keep up to date with trends and key changes within the healthcare sector
• Source, recruit, and manage speakers, nurturing relationships to ensure mutual value
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimise event performance
• Monitor and evaluate event success, incorporating speaker and delegate feedback to improve future events

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in commercial conference production ideally within the healthcare sector

• Comfortable working with high-profile individuals
• Confident in public speaking and adept at leading meetings or presentations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Advanced written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging agendas, copy, and content
• Articulate and detail-oriented, with a strong commercial focus
