Investigo are partnering with a growing global technology business who are going through exciting growth both organically and through acquisitions. They are currently seeking a Head of People and Culture to join their SLT. This role is reporting into the CFO and working closely with the CEO.
Applicants MUST have experience working in technology, media or telecommunications and an interest in driving DEI initiatives within the business.
About the Role
This is a broad and all around HR position with a focus on strategy, leadership, culture, ER, business partnering and reporting. Seeking someone who has a hands-on approach and is able to drive and deliver strategies across the business. This person will be responsible for promoting a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 pa (DOE) + great benefits package
Location: City of London, x3 days in the office x2 working from home
Contract: Permanent position
Responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills, managing a team of x6, mentoring and motivating them to develop and progress
- Responsible for the global scale up and expansion in various countries, through policies, recruitment and ER
- Responsible for policy development, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations across all regions
- Through mergers and acquisitions this person will be responsible for driving the culture, including restructuring, organisational design, and cultural integration
- Talent Acquisition and workforce planning
- Driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Working closely with the SLT on strategy and delivering on the boards objectives and missions
- Reporting to the board of HR insights / analytics
Qualifications
CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent
Required Skills
- Proven HR leadership experience, including managing global teams, scaling operations
- Experience in a generalist HR position
- Confidence knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint and various HR systems)
