We are working with a global business who are looking for a UK Head of HR to manage a team of HR Business Partners but to support on global projects. The business is going through significant change and want people with good HR Change & Transformation experience alongside very strong experience manage teams of HRBP's.
The role will be based between Cambridgeshire and London with 2 days in the office
.
Role Overview
Acting as a strategic partner and trusted leader, you will work closely with senior leadership and managers to implement effective HR solutions that drive business success. You will lead HR initiatives, optimize processes, and spearhead cross-national projects, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support to UK business
- Act as the key liaison between the Senior HR Director, global HR, and local leadership
- Lead local HR teams in executing strategic objectives and optimizing processes
- Partner with senior management to address complex people challenges
- Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive key HR initiatives, including leadership development, performance management, and talent retention
- Coach managers to develop their people management skills
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D to introduce new programs
- Utilize People Analytics to drive decision-making
- Lead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and reporting
- Mediate complex employee relations issues and oversee HR KPI's
- Manage cross-country HR projects and contribute to global HR programs
Requirement
s:Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional training
- Very strong Senior HR business partnering experience
- Proven ability to lead and execute HR projects across the employee lifecycle
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
