Head of Marketing

HEAD OF MARKETING - up to £80,000 pa plus bonus

My client, a major FTSE 100 Home Builder, require a dynamic and creative Head of Marketing to design and deliver the marketing strategy for a number of London based development projects. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with strategy and manage a talented team across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Marketing Managers and Senior Marketing Managers
• Influencing commercial decision-making with focused analysis of marketing data across a range of developments
• Designing marketing strategy to fit both UK and overseas markets
• Launching schemes internationally
• Devising and managing significant budgets
• Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
• Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
• Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
• Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms

ESSENTIAL

• MUST HAVE at least 5 years experience of managing marketing teams in the residential home builder sector
