Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal retail and wholesale campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and in-store experiences.

- Drive the development of trade marketing toolkits, POS materials, and activation plans for key accounts and partners.

- Lead market visits to evaluate execution, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships with retail stakeholders.
- Track, analyse, and report on trade marketing effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals to foster innovation and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior trade marketing role within the fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods sectors.
- Deep understanding of retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, ideally with international exposure.
- Experience developing and executing trade strategies for multi-channel and multi-market environments.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple seasonal campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data into actionable plans.
