We are working with a forward-thinking technology solutions provider looking to bring in a new Head of Operations to lead senior engineering and service delivery teams across the UK. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor senior engineers and service delivery management teams across the UK
- Ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved and exceeded
- Oversee high-profile client engagements and act as the escalation point when required
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development within your teams
- Streamline operational workflows and continuously improve service delivery processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive client satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Leadership experience in Managed IT Services
- Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and complex client portfolios
- Solid technical knowledge of MSP tools and service offerings
- Experience with ITIL best practices
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment
