The role

Part of the Sales and Marketing team, the Head of Partnerships is a dynamic and impactful role at Clear Voice. You’ll be responsible for the development of strategic partnerships to support the growth of the social enterprise, and the delivery of existing and new sources of income streams. The role will focus on building key relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly those who contribute to the development and delivery of partnerships across the organisation, alongside exploring new partnerships with external stakeholders and seeking out opportunities for Clear Voice to develop, diversify and grow.

Role responsibilities

​Develop Existing and New Partnerships

  • Source and onboard high-value corporate partners that deliver mutual value.
  • Deliver high–value and high-impact corporate partnerships, personally leading the highest-value partnerships.
  • Architect and execute co-sell plans with major partners to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop and lead a strategic approach to partnership working that creates strong connections.
  • Drive partner relationship management efforts to maintain and grow existing corporate and other partner relationships.
  • Build and develop excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels by being a proactive, responsive, strategic resource.
  • Effectively negotiate and creatively problem-solve to ensure we achieve partnership goals.
  • Identify, develop, and lead new projects that stimulate business growth and interpreter development.
  • Work closely with marketing to deliver high-quality visibility at events.
  • Work with the Partnerships Manager to identify, deliver, and pilot projects, monitor, and embed into business if successful.
  • Provide product training and support, deliver training and updates to partners.
  • Lead the Account management of partners and the day-to-day delivery of complex relationships/ projects.

Develop the Business

  • Line management of the Partnerships Team.
  • Build and manage the Partnerships strategy.
  • Manage the execution of business development and commercial brand partnerships.
  • Build, monitor, and share the progress of pipeline and relationship development, always keeping CRM up to date.
  • Track, analyse and manage the effectiveness of our partnerships.
  • Represent Clear Voice at external meetings, including speaking at events and presenting pitches as appropriate.
  • Liaise with Clear Voice’s marketing team to coordinate and deliver joint marketing campaigns with our partners.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the TOMS Framework and measurements for delivering social and local economic value, in collaboration with the Social Value Manager.


The experience and skills you need

Proven experience in strategic Partnerships roles.

Strong B2B commercial experience, direct involvement in partnerships and negotiations.

  • Experience managing and developing marketing strategies for Social Enterprise.

Demonstrable experience building strategic plans across a variety of income streams.

  • Evidence of successful leadership in the securing and maintaining of third-party corporate relationships/partnerships.
  • Develop and lead a strategic approach to partnership working that creates strong connections.
  • Experience in proposition development.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
