Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK's leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we're bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.
At InPost UK, we're building an unparalleled group of talent that's committed to help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move, and redefine eCommerce logistics. Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. We're a passionate bunch with high ambition - we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Head of Pricing to define and lead the pricing strategy for all InPost UK products and services, including domestic, cross-border, and Ireland propositions. This is a high-impact role that will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership team to shape InPost's commercial direction, improve margin performance, and unlock long-term value through data-driven pricing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and lead the end-to-end pricing process for InPost UK, covering all existing and new services.
- Partner with commercial and product teams to align pricing strategies with value propositions, customer segments, and market needs.
- Develop dynamic pricing models and tools based on volume tiers, customer behaviours, competitive analysis, and cost-to-serve.
- Own pricing governance, discount frameworks, and pricing approval processes to ensure consistency and control.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, operations, and sales to inform and deliver pricing strategy execution.
- Build business cases for new service pricing, promotional initiatives, and market-entry strategies.
- Conduct detailed commercial analysis including price elasticity, unit economics, competitor benchmarking, and margin impact.
- Lead and develop a high-performing pricing and analytics function to support data-informed decisions.
- Provide regular insight and recommendations to the UK CEO and senior stakeholders to influence strategic direction.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory implications, and macro factors affecting logistics and parcel pricing in the UK and cross-border markets.
What We Need From You
We're looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We're looking for people with drive and natural curiosity - who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
We'd Be Particularly Excited To Hear From You If
- Significant experience in a senior pricing or commercial strategy role, ideally within e-commerce logistics, courier, parcel, or last-mile delivery.
- Proven ability to define pricing strategies that balance growth, profitability, and customer value.
- Deep understanding of pricing economics, including cost allocation, tiering, and pricing dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Confident communicator with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across commercial and finance teams.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related; MBA or professional qualification (CIMA, CFA) is advantageous.
Behavioural Traits
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
- Resilience in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Passion for innovation in the delivery/logistics space.
- Collaborative and pragmatic leadership style.
