Our team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help ensure every interaction with HiBob is a positive one, contributing to our world-class support team and making a real impact on our customer experience.

What we are looking for
We require an experienced Head of Professional Services to lead the Hibob Enterprise Implementation function in EMEA. With a deep understanding of delivery standards and excellence in providing implementation and supporting services to Enterprise, multi-national customers. This role will lay the foundation for delivery standards for Enterprise delivery and transformative services globally.

Extensive expertise in Enterprise Delivery and transformational services
Knowledge of end-to-end service delivery, including implementation and post launch value-added services
Proven track record of achievement and exceeding departmental KPIs
Overseeing and acting as the Project Sponsor on complex projects spanning multiple month
HR Technology, Payroll or similar system implementation experience along with integration to other HR/Payroll/Finance systems
Managing hybrid delivery teams
Strong project management and project governance expertise
Cross-functional collaboration and communication
Continuous improvement mindset
Develop and lead the Enterprise Implementation Team based out of EMEA, who will implement HiBob to our largest accounts
Define and continually improve the Enterprise delivery methodology to bring high value to our customers
Oversee the successful delivery of all Enterprise delivery projects
Collaborate with other Professional Services and Customer Experience leaders to deliver a seamless experience to our customers
Build positive partnerships with cross-functional teams to support correct positioning of services and delivery execution
Contribute to strategy and direction as part of the Global Customer Services leadership team, leading global and local initiatives to improve our business performance
