A role with real purpose

As Head of Proposition, you’ll lead the development of our Customer Value Proposition (CVP), creating customer journeys that are simple, intuitive, and inclusive, both on and off the bus. Your work will make a genuine difference to how our customers feel when they travel with us. You’ll help coordinate cross-functional teams, bringing together ideas, data and feedback to deliver improvements that feel easy, seamless, and supportive. You’ll also work closely with local teams and frontline colleagues to embed a consistent customer-first mindset across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the delivery and evolution of our customer proposition across the business
• Supporting teams to improve customer journeys by sharing insight, learning and best practice
• Using customer feedback and data to guide decisions and measure improvements
• Creating collaborative spaces where teams can co-design meaningful solutions
• Encouraging a culture of curiosity, listening and empathy across customer touchpoints
• Supporting frontline and new colleagues through clear guidance and engaging materials
• Focusing on the small things that make a big difference to how people feel about their journey

What you’ll bring

• A real passion for creating great customer experiences, and the ability to turn that passion into action
• Experience leading change in complex organisations, ideally in customer-facing roles
• A warm, supportive communication style and strong collaboration skills
• Comfort working with customer insight, feedback, and data to shape your approach
• An ability to bring people with you, through empathy, clarity and shared purpose
• A flexible, inclusive mindset, able to adapt and respond in fast-changing environments
• Experience in public transport is helpful but not essential, what matters is your desire to make travel easier and more inclusive for all
