A dynamic and ambitious marketing professional is needed to join our Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) team as Head of Residential Marketing. Working as a key part of the marketing team and sitting on the Residential Divisional Board, the Head of Residential Marketing will work closely with Heads of departments and all members of the wider MCBD team to drive the development of the firm’s residential marketing strategy.

With a strong new homes presence and rapid growth in the Build to Rent sector, Carter Jonas offers services and solutions across the entire residential industry.
Our 25 strong team provides national and local MCBD support to Carter Jonas - one of the most well-regarded names in the property business. The team is mainly based in the firm’s head office in London at the top of New Bond Street at One Chapel Place. Main tasks:
What will it take to be successful?
You will be a self-starter, with a wealth of marketing B2C and B2B experience ideally within a professional services firm, estate agency or real estate company. You will have a strong track record in leading marketing campaigns and projects as well as managing multiple agencies. You will have excellent knowledge of brand management and follow a creative and proactive approach to projects. It is key that this individual can multitask and oversee complex projects as well as manage key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Finally, as a growing and ambitious team, the Head of Residential Marketing will be a team player, providing support across all levels within the team.
