JOB SUMMARY:
With support from the Business Development Director, develop a new business pipeline to achieve annual revenue contribution from new business
Manage and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to deliver agreed targets
Work with teams from across the PayPoint Group to identify opportunities within existing and new sectors
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the sales pipeline, focusing on new business opportunities across multiple verticals
- Work with Marketing to enhance PayPoint’s presence, particularly in target sectors such as Charities, Housing Associations and Local Authorities
- Identify and represent the company at relevant conferences and networking events where PayPoint should attend, exhibit or sponsor
- Have a good understanding of PayPoint’s product set and the unique selling points
- Work with team to identify new business opportunities, approach and present to key decision makers
- Build partnerships where appropriate that help to develop PayPoint’s brand presence and create new sales opportunities
- Regularly report strategy and progress to internal stakeholders

Desirable Attributes:
- Experience of managing a sales team
- Worked within the payments or financial services industry
- Experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
