This is a key leadership opportunity for a senior professional with deep sector experience in student accommodation project management, development consultancy, and real estate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of chartered surveyors, construction project managers, and cost consultants
• Oversee delivery of major student accommodation projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and mixed use developments
• Drive strategic business development across the student housing sector
• Act as a trusted adviser to universities, private developers, investors, and public bodies
• Ensure robust programme management, risk controls, and quality assurance
• Champion innovation in construction methodology, sustainability, and digital delivery

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive leadership experience in student accommodation project management within consultancy or client-side roles
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent
• Proven track record in managing capital development, refurbishment, or estate transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, planning processes, and the property development lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• Commercially driven, resilient, and collaborative in leadership style
