Head of Test

About the Role

Are you an experienced Test Leader looking to make your mark in a growing company?

We seek a Head of Test to define, lead, and execute our testing strategy across all our software solutions.

Operating in a highly regulated environment, we require an expert in testing methodologies, who understands the unique challenges of compliance, data integrity, and system validation, ideally in life sciences / healthcare industries.

This is a newly created position, offering you the opportunity to shape your role, and influence how our test function evolves.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with our product roadmap and business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end testing function across a range of methodologies, ensuring robust quality assurance and validation processes.
• Drive innovation in automation and testing practices, staying ahead of industry trends and challenges.
• Provide leadership to the test team, foster cross functional collaboration and a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• a history of leading testing/QA in SaaS organisations, ideally those serving regulated industries;
• demonstrable experience in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies which align with organisational objectives;
• an appreciation for the unique requirements of the life sciences / healthcare industries, including compliance, data integrity, and validation processes;
• effective leadership and management capabilities, to bring people together to form a motivated and committed team;
• proficiency in testing cloud-native architectures hosted on platforms like Salesforce or AWS; and
• experience in integrating robust test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and, GitLab CI.
