We are excited to share the set up of a central transformation function to support change and transformation activities across United Utilities to aid our stronger, greener, healthier North West strategy. An evolving pipeline of projects has opened up an opportunity for a Head of Transformation and Change to lead the strategic oversight and delivery of the Transformation Management Office, enabling the successful delivery of change across the organisation. This role ensures robust governance, prioritisation, planning, and performance across a diverse change portfolio and offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by bringing together a cohesive and integrated operating model that drives transformation outcomes, accelerates delivery, and builds organisational capab
