Key Responsibilities:

You will be trained and empowered to:

• Advise and enforce company safety standards and procedures.
• Proactively identify risks and plan for opportunities.
• Facilitate risk reviews and assist in developing Safe Systems of Work.
• Conduct Health & Safety inspections and maintain accurate onsite documentation.
• Develop comprehensive H&S reports and engage the workforce on safety matters.
• Lead safety campaigns, stand-downs, and H&S expos.
• Trial innovative plant and equipment solutions to improve site standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive continuous safety improvements.
• Conduct internal and external audits (including ISO).
• Stay ahead with ongoing professional development in H&S best practices.
