Health and Safety Manager - Connectors
Responsibilities
- Assist the HSE Director in the definition, development, maintenance and improvement of the Business Group level HSE system, documents and tools.
- Responsible for the implementation and quality of all site level HSE systems.
- Monitor, mentor, train and oversee the excellence of an in house HSE Advisor who undetakes the day-to-day HSE tasks
Qualifications
- University Degree equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree or greater in an Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental or Engineering discipline, or an equivalent technical related discipline such as Chemistry, Materials Science etc.
- Requires two or more years' management experience in a multi-site HSE role
- Must have working knowledge and experience in developing and managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 or similar management systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel to other Connectors facilities within remit of responsibility.
