We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Larne Care Centre. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour (£15.00 per hour for over time), this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference while enjoying great benefits.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship
  
  

Requirements

• Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
• Previous experience is desired but not required—full training provided.
• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
