Health, Safety & Business Continuity Manager

We're expanding our Premises, Client & Office Services team and are on the lookout for a dedicated Health, Safety & Business Continuity Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our firm not only meets its statutory obligations but also drives continuous improvement in our health and safety strategy.

This role is critical in providing leadership and support across our global offices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all. This role is available to be based in either our Leeds or Manchester offices, with required travel to other locations within the AG portfolio.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies firm-wide.

• Oversee health and safety management systems and ensure legal compliance.

• Work proactively with various teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate health and safety training, risk assessments, and incident management.

• Chair Health & Safety Committee meetings and manage the firm's Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).

• Develop and maintain BCMS, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, and continuity plans.

• Liaise with external entities to ensure adherence to best practices in health, safety, and business continuity.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in health and safety management within a professional services environment.

• Familiarity with managing safety across multiple locations and jurisdictions is a plus.

• NEBOSH/NCRQ Diploma and relevant IOSH membership.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail.
