We are looking to recruit a Hearings Coordinator to provide essential secretariat support to Committee members conducting hearings, ensuring the smooth operation of proceedings whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: £29,112 to £31,732 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach)
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday. The post holder may be required outside of these hours depending on business need.
Contract: 9-month FTC
The Role
The Hearings Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that cases are brought for hearing before the Statutory Committees in compliance with our standards of quality, timeliness, and cost. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within a supportive team environment by playing a key role in coordinating all operational aspects of hearing days. The post holder will be expected to part-take in the secretary drafting pilot enabling them to develop their drafting skills as well as their case management skills. The post holder will be required to sit as Secretary at hearings 10-12 days each month (on average) on a variety of different cases both in-person and remotely.
This role is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our pre-employment due diligence.
