The primary function of the role is to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the onsite Help Desk. Take Helpdesk calls.
The secondary function of the role is to provide administrative operational and commercial support as required on the Contract.
What you'll do:
- Take Helpdesk calls via the Cisco phones system
- To provide day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations.
- To monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM
- system is up to date at all times.
- To proactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate) to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.
- To provide accurate data to generate detailed monthly reports from the CAFM system for incorporation into the Skanska client Monthly report.
- To provide administrative support to Supervisory and Management staff across the contract, including but not limited to the following functions H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Quality and Compliance.
What you'll bring to the role:
An understanding of how a CAFM system, such as Concept, works as well as Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and how to manage tasks in order to meet those SLA’s. Good Customer Service and telephone manner is essential along with the ability to work alone and as part of a team to meet deadlines. Security Clearance vetting is mandatory and will be arranged for the successful candidate.
