We are supported by industry contributions to our Skills Funds – High-end TV, Film, Animation, Children’s TV, Unscripted TV – and Arts Council England to help people get into the industry and progress within it.

The production of High-End television in the UK is growing at an unprecedented rate resulting in the need for a significant expansion of the UK workforce to meet demand in every key production hub across the UK as well as ensure this expanding workforce is inclusive.

Working alongside the wider HETV Team they will visit sets and production bases to promote the HETV Skills programmes to regional TV industry production companies and productions shooting in the region, to ensure that the HETV offering (including bursaries, short courses, training, and transfer programmes) is understood at a mid/senior level.

They will develop, build and maintain relationships with current participants and HETV Skills funded alumni supported across all HETV programmes. They will also track regional participants from all HETV programmes to see how their training has helped them to either enter or step up and move forward in their careers and signpost ScreenSkills HETV alumni to relevant training which could help them progress in their careers.

This is a part time 2 days per week, fixed term role for 8 months paying £12,000 per annum (FTE £30,000 per annum).
