Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Class 1 ADR Driver to join our Specialist team based at our Paisley site. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is ideal for those looking for more than a 'standard' driving job, you will be doing a lot more than sitting behind the wheel.


Key Responsibilities

• You will perform collections on either Rigid tankers, Curtain siders, Artic Tankers, Artic Curtain siders & other vehicles as requested.


• You will be the face of the business, interacting with customers on a daily basis.


• You are responsible for your load being safe, secure and accurately described, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.


• You must be able to work on your own initiative.


• You should be willing to work flexibly, either day runs and/or night out runs & weekend working as and when requested.


• Understand waste legislation for handling and the transportation.


• Buy into ENVA's H&S culture, help identify improvements within the business.


• Carry out any other duties as instructed by management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• You must hold a valid class 1 licence.


• Some years of driving experience.


• ADR Licence covering tanks and packages is preferable.


• You must also hold a valid digital tachograph card and have completed all CPC requirements.


• Must have experience with tankers.
