Job Description
As a High-Friction Surface Operative (HFS), you will be an key part of our committed team, ensuring the safety and quality of our road networks.
- Work on highways, focusing on specialist surfacing, surface treatment, and anti-skid applications.
- Based from our Reading depot this role will involve vast travel.
- The role will involve staying away from home on occasions.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Are
- Team Players: Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, as well as engaging with customers effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Possess an acute attention to detail, leaving no aspect of your work to chance.
- License Holders: Hold a valid driving license (mandatory) and an LGV license (preferred). If you don’t have an LGV license, worry not—we can provide training.
- NVQ Surfacing: Ideally, you will have an NVQ Surfacing qualification or equivalent hands-on experience however full training can be provided.
- CSCS Card: Hold a CSCS card as a testament to your commitment to safety. If you don’t have an LGV license, worry not—we can provide training.
