Salary: Scale 6, Spinal Point 18-20
Hours of work: (35 hours per week) Part time – Term time only
Contract Term: Fixed Term Contract Until 31/08/2026

What Are Looking For
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and proactive individual who is ready to make a real impact. Under the guidance of the Deputy Headteacher, you will:
- Confidently deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, enabling all pupils to thrive academically and personally.
- Use positive, relationship-based behaviour strategies to maintain a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Deliver focused interventions to small groups and provide high-quality classroom support.
- Bring a passion for either Sports or Music, enriching our wider curriculum offer.
You Will Bring
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage learning spaces and resources effectively.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic school environment.
- Competency in using ICT to support and enhance teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external partners.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in our appraisal and training processes.
