Role Overview: Join our innovative Transaction Services Team (TST) as a HMLR Paralegal, focusing on property post-completion matters including Land Registry applications and land tax returns. Ideal for those keen on specializing in commercial property and advancing their paralegal career within a pioneering legal environment.


About Our Team: Founded in 2010, our TST is the first of its kind in the UK, delivering efficient and cost-effective legal services. Our new Post-Completion Hub supports the Real Estate team, offering a dynamic work environment for professionals at various career stages, from apprentices to solicitors.


What You'll Do:

  • Handle Land Registry applications and land tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the development and training within the Real Estate paralegal team.
  • Stay updated with technical developments in HMLR & Land Tax matters.
