Holding Company Finance Manager, a key position within our Group Finance team based at our UK Head Office in Windsor.
You’ll work closely with our global finance and shared services teams to deliver accurate, efficient, and insightful financial reporting and controls for our listed holding company
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own all accounting and financial reporting for the plc holding company
- Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting
- Lead the preparation of company-only financial statements for the consolidated annual report
- Coordinate annual budgeting and variance analysis
- Partner with Shared Services and Tax teams for journal reviews, intercompany balances, and tax reporting inputs
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Drive process improvement, control enhancements, and team capability building
- Ensure robust financial compliance aligned with IFRS and group policies
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA), ideally with IFRS and ERP experience
- A strong technical background and a methodical, organised approach
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving systems and processes
