Are you a nurse-qualified care professional with proven Home Manager experience? South Haven Lodge, a 45-bed care home in Woolston, Southampton, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Home Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding care.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Nurse-qualified (NMC registered)
✅ Minimum 3 years' recent experience as a Home Manager
✅ Strong knowledge and proven success working with CQC standards
✅ Turnaround experience essential – confident in improving care quality and service ratings
✅ Inspirational leadership and operational skills
