Join us at Travelodge as a Hotel Booking Support Manager, where you'll take charge of ensuring exceptional service, driving revenue, and minimizing costs. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract covering Maternity Leave.
What’s it all about?
In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of 11 advisors, ensuring we deliver excellent guest experiences while achieving commercial goals. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and work collaboratively across departments to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs. With a focus on ensuring smooth operations, you’ll also handle incident management and produce weekly reports to evaluate performance and recommend improvements that play a key role in maintaining our high standards and protecting the Travelodge brand.
