We’re building a brand-new assurance team in our Homes & Neighbourhoods service – and we’re looking for strategic, data driven and compliance-focused individuals to join us.
As a Housing Assurance Business Partner, you will work within the Governance and Improvement service to champion reporting integrity and robust validation processes — turning insight into action and helping to drive continuous improvement for the benefit of our tenants and communities.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in assurance, risk, or compliance (public sector or housing preferred)
- A passion for data quality and being evidence-based
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with attention to regulatory detail
