• Role:
  As Housing Solutions Front Door Manager you will ensure that those seeking support receive timely, person-centred, and trauma-informed care, helping prevent homelessness where possible and providing urgent assistance when
• needed.In the role as the Housing Solutions Front Door Manager you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration with internal departments and external partners to deliver high-quality housing solutions and support services in line with legislative requi
• rements.Within the Housing Solutions Front Door Manager role, you will play a critical role in service development, performance monitoring, and partnership engagement, representing the Housing Directorate in key local authority initiatives.
