We are recruiting for a HR Advisor - Policy and Guidance to join our HR team.
The successful candidate will be based in our Birmingham office. We have a flexible hybrid working approach, 40% of the week will be spent in the office and 60% will be spent working from home.
This is a fast-paced, exciting, and challenging role! National Highways has thousands of employees across the country, which means we have a whole range of HR queries coming in to the team to respond to and support on, including guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving queries from sickness absence management to flexible working and employee relations.
You'll join a large, energetic team who are constantly striving to improve our customer service through providing accurate first-line HR support.
We're looking for a self-motivated individual that strives for success in meeting deadlines and targets.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
