Job title: HR Associate – Resourcing

Salary: £47,683

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Resource Mobilisation end to end process development: Supporting the HR Advisor with the development of an end-to-end process that enables the mobilisation of resources seamlessly between BAE Systems and other organisations
  • Sector Operating Model establishment: Supporting the design and implementation of the Resource Mobilisation Team concept within the Air Resourcing Cell, with a focus on Employee Experience throughout
  • Integrated solution design: Working closely with Shared Services, and the FCAS line of business to ensure that interfaces between the different teams are efficient and technology driven
  • Interim Day 1 process: Supporting the GCAP JV (Global Combat Air Programme Joint Venture) stand up and associated Resource Mobilisation activities working with relevant stakeholders to conclude actions required for Day 1 start up.
  • Process Mobilisation: Supporting the mobilisation of the agreed process to satisfy requirements of out-bounding individuals, maintain contact model and associated process and then inbound placement of resource back into the sector
  • SWP integration: Working closely with the SWP teams initially within the FCAS line of business to ensure visibility of demand requirements and provide confidence of pipeline
  • Process Optimisation: Ensuring that there is an ongoing process review to capture improvement and support putting actions into place to integrate agree improvements

Essential

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of working in a HR Resourcing or Functional Resourcing environment
  • Ability to work to a project plan and within required timescales
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across the business / organisation
  • Experience of working with HR Systems

Desirable

  • Awareness of business planning processes in particular working with Finance teams
  • Experience of working within complex stakeholder networks

The Resourcing Supply Cell Team

As an HR Associate – Resourcing, you will work with the wider Air Resourcing cell team focusing on Resource Mobilisation. This role will play a key part in the stand-up of the GCAP JV and the provision of resource into the JV but will widen to support the boarder Air business with a multitude of Resource Mobilisation activities.
