What You’ll Need To Be Successful

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Advisory role, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels. Personable and results-oriented, you will bring a practical and logical approach to solving problems, combined with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining integrity and discretion in all matters. Adaptable and resilient, you will thrive in an ambitious and evolving organisation, demonstrating the ability to prioritise effectively, work with ambiguity, and maintain focus even when faced with setbacks or challenging situations.

You will possess strong influencing and persuasion skills, alongside hands-on experience with HR systems and a solid understanding of employment legislation. The ability to design and implement policies is essential, as is a willingness to identify and address your own development needs to expand your skills and knowledge.
