Salary Grade E Points 9 to 13 (£26,409 to £28,163 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £22,815.51.

Carlton le Willows Academy are seeking a
HR Coordinator to join our vibrant and successful secondary school, part of a
high-achieving Multi-Academy Trust. As a key member of the academy’s friendly team of school-based support staff and the
Trust’s wider HR team, you will play a vital role in providing
efficient and effective HR support to the academy, ensuring a seamless and professional HR service for staff, leaders, and stakeholders.

Your Role Will Include:
- Managing day-to-day HR administration, ensuring smooth operations
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new staff
- Supporting employee relations, absence management, and HR queries
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and school policies
- Assisting with payroll and contract changes, and maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR)
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in HR, ideally within education or a similar setting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
