THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently in a HR Administrator role.

In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, HR systems management, and day-to-day HR administration. You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes, including issuing contracts, right-to-work checks, onboarding, probation tracking, leaver documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Supporting contractual changes, including fixed-term contracts (FTCs) and contingent workers.
  • Conducting weekly HR inductions for new employees.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and managing the People Team inbox.
  • Assisting with internal employee engagement initiatives, such as the “Superconnector” awards scheme.
  • Supporting and contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

The Requirements

  • Currently in a HR Administrator role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
