The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team and ensuring internal compliance is to the highest standard. As well as this they will be responsible for creating engaging content for the company’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused. They will also play a key role within the HR Department focusing on internal and external communications.
The ideal candidate will be confident working within a small hard-working team and will be given a great deal of autonomy early on in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR function including accurately recording personnel information on systems and databases, issuing contracts of employment and job descriptions, auditing personnel files, and assisting with managing employees including dismissals and disciplinary meetings.
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
- Manage the company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Assist with recruitment. This includes identifying new and innovative ways to advertise and attract suitable candidates and assisting in the selection process.
- Identify effective communication strategies that will illicit relevant information and analyse the date received to help shape and form HR and Company strategies.
- Directly support the senior HR team.
Candidates must have the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and have strong organisational skills. They must be able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight time deadlines. We are happy to hear from candidates from all degree disciplines, however this role is ideal for a graduate who would relish in a people-focused role who has an interest in HR.
This position is Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm based on site.
