What You’ll Do
As Integration & Change Manager, you will contribute to the integration within the HR function, driving momentum across specific HR workstreams and Integration Management Office. You will work directly with the Head of HR Policy & Transformation HR Director and HR workstreams to support the design and delivery of a complex integration and change roadmap. This role is great for someone with knowledge of HR practices, as well as someone who is happy to dal with ambiguity and is inspired by the opportunity to help shape the future.
- You will partner directly with the Head of HR Policy & Transformation, HRD/HRLT to develop programme objectives and deliverables.
- You will provide regular support and oversight to all HR workstreams (e.g. Reward, Policy, Consultation, OD, OE, Culture and Property) to ensure alignment, coordination and communication across the workstream leads.
- You will collaborate with workstreams and external parties to support the continued design of detailed HR integration roadmap and facilitate the shaping of both workstream deliverables and the overall integration plan, helping teams understand their role in the bigger picture.
- You will programme manage and assure delivery for all UK workstreams, including tracking key deliverables, milestones, risks and actions regularly.
- You will support the delivery of change management planning and initiatives, leading as the champion of employee experience to ensure a seamless and positive integration journey for our people.
- You will work cross functionally across the Integration Management Office to support HR-related deliverables, as well as have the ability to influence and connect the dots on risks or interdependencies across the programme.
- You will develop the HR programme governance in conjunction with the Integration Management Office and run that governance across the HR function.
- You will product executive-level updates on programme progress, opportunities, risks and challenges for GMT and other SteerCos as relevant.
- You will define and deliver performance updates on all HR workstreams to key stakeholders, including HRD, HRLT and internal and external programme teams through agenda, pre-read and material creation.
