About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on data organization, colleague file management, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives. This opportunity will initially be for a 3–6-month period, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. The role offers flexibility and could be worked full or part time, with hybrid working opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise, maintain, and update HR data and personnel records in compliance with internal standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Assist in data auditing, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the documentation and visualization of HR processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to help identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
