How You'll Contribute
The HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for the following:-
- Configure, maintain, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including business rules, guidelines, templates, and eligibility criteria
- Collaborate with HR business partners and the compensation team to gather and analyse business requirements
- Manage annual compensation planning cycles, including salary, bonus, and equity processes
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the Compensation module
- Perform regular system audits and data validations to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Lead testing efforts for system updates, enhancements, and new functionality
- Document system processes, configurations, and best practices
- Partner with the SAP SuccessFactors team and/or vendors for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Deliver user training, develop training materials, and support end-user adoption
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency
What You'll Bring
Essential
To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 years specifically in the Compensation module
- Strong understanding of compensation planning concepts, guidelines, and cycles
- Experience with configuration of Compensation templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules
- Familiarity with integration points between Compensation and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals)
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification
- Experience with global compensation planning and localization requirements
- Exposure to Employee Central and other modules such as Performance & Goals or Variable Pay
- Experience in a multinational or enterprise-scale environment
