Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the QHSE Manager in maintaining all accreditations: ISO9001, 14001, 45001 &
BRC
- To provide guidance and advice to managers, supervisors and employees on all issues
pertaining to health & safety.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulatory HSE requirements and company
policies.
- Risk Assessment: Assist teams in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing
controls to manage and reduce risks.
- To establish safe operational procedures which Identify and take account of all relevant
hazards.
- Incident Management: Record, report, and investigate incidents and near misses.
- Training & Coaching: Provide HSE training sessions and educate the workforce on safety
expectations and lessons learned from previous incidents.
- Audits & Inspections: Perform safety audits and inspections to measure the level of safety
culture and compliance.
- Environmental Management: Ensure waste segregation and measure required
environmental parameters.
- Contractor Management: Manage contractors and consultants in all aspects of health and
safety.
Qualifications:
- Qualifications / Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant HSE certifications.
- Experience: 5 Years proven experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG
environment.
Other considerations:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit.
